Program Overview
The current pandemic has forced the HR community to quickly adapt to the new ways of attracting talent and selecting the best fit for their organizational needs. The crisis has also accelerated the adoption of new technologies that would enable borderless and time-agile recruiting. Beyond technology, there are some demographic and socio-cultural shifts that would influence the efficacy of approaches given the changing dynamics in what would be the new normal.
