Eric Riego de Dios is an HR practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in national, regional, and global leadership roles from different industry leaders such as Amkor, DHL, Citi, Globe, IBM, Concentrix, and Baker McKenzie.
He has strong expertise in business partnership, talent management, organization development, and HR analytics. He is a certified coach and mentor, MBTI, DDI, and LEGO Serious Play facilitator, and Strategic HR Business Partner. As an advocate of People Analytics and Engagement, he has been a keynote speaker in many occasions in Asia and Europe. He is a pioneer in the Shared Services industry and was appointed the 2018 chair of the GICC HR Committee and the IBPAP Capability Building Committee.
Eric is a recognized and awarded project manager and people leader. Among the awards he received are the Globe Excellence Award for Project Management and IBM HR Partnering for Project Diamond. He is a valuable transformation leader enabling structural and cultural transitions which earned him PMAP’s Exemplar Award for People Management and People Program, and a Gold Standard Award for Culture Creation from SSON. As a champion of wellness, he helped win the inaugural Asia CEO Wellness Company of the Year for Baker Mckenzie. Eric is recognized as one of the 100 Filipinos to follow on LinkedIn, one of the Philippines’ Most Talented and Top Most HR Leaders, and one of the 100 Global HR Heroes by the HR World Congress.
Eric has a degree from the University of the Philippines as the year’s top psychology graduate. He has post-graduate education from Ateneo, La Salle, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.
