• Mr. Ernesto G. Espinosa is widely known in the HR circles as the Filipino HR guru who became the President in 2008-2010 of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA), with more than 90 countries as its members, and the President in 2007-2008 and 2012-2014 of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM), with 15 member-countries. Both organizations are two of the largest HR associations in the world.
• The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP)’s President in 2002 and PMAP’s People Manager of the Year in 2006, he has helped two major companies, Fujitsu Computer Products Corporation of the Philippines and Energy Development Corporation, in their people management and engagement, change management, and culture transformation efforts. Fujitsu was Top Employer of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) for 3 years until it was elevated to the Top Employer Hall of Fame. EDC is the 3rd largest geothermal company in the world and is multi-awarded in business, corporate governance, and environment.
• He holds a Diplomate in People Management (DPM), the highest status in PMAP.
• He is a much-sought international HR speaker having spoken in HR conferences in more than 20 countries worldwide.
