Addressing the consequences of labor litigation’s in our country presents a huge challenge both to the labor organizations representing the employees as well as the employers. Since the advent of globalization, the maintenance of industrial peace through the understanding of the fundamental laws, rules and procedure has become the main feature of many industries in our country. To avoid the toxic litigation’s, these industries work on conveying the aforesaid laws, rules and procedures to their employees in the simplest form.

This seminar is aimed at strongly maintaining industrial peace in the workplace for maximized productivity by introducing easy learning of the latest updates of the Philippine Labor Code. It addresses every employer’s nightmare-unnecessary, messy and costly labor cases through a basic understanding of applicable laws, procedural guidelines and correct documentation.
